Wavly launches a privacy-safe Revenue Memory diagnostic for revenue teams

The free assessment helps revenue operators identify gaps across signals, decisions, handoffs, outcome attribution, and AI governance without uploading customer data.

Revenue Memory Score operating diagnostic by Wavly

Wavly today released Revenue Memory Score, a free five-minute diagnostic designed to help revenue teams identify where operating context disappears between a signal and an outcome.

Most revenue systems can report what changed in a record. Fewer preserve why a material decision was made, which evidence supported it, who owned the next action, and whether the action produced the intended result. Revenue Memory Score turns that operating problem into a practical assessment.

Five operating capabilities

  • Signal capture: whether meaningful buyer, customer, and market signals enter the operating system with usable context.
  • Decision context: whether teams preserve why qualification, routing, prioritization, and risk decisions were made.
  • Handoff continuity: whether ownership and context survive movement between people, tools, and AI workers.
  • Outcome attribution: whether teams can connect actions to pipeline, conversion, retention, and expansion outcomes.
  • AI agent governance: whether automated work has explicit policy, approval, audit, and recovery boundaries.

After answering 15 operating questions, a participant receives a score, a dimension-level breakdown, and one recommended next move for the highest-leverage gap.

The assessment does not require a login or email address and does not ask for CRM, customer, or commercial data. A shared result URL contains only the score and highest-leverage gap. Wavly does not present the result as an industry percentile or peer benchmark.
